Guy is an incredible coach, whose knowledge of personal training is embedded in a wider understanding of lifestyle, diet, stress, work and personal stress factors (he draws a lot on research from top sports trainers, sports psychology, and integrative medicine). His approach, which is also a very caring one, is bespoke and his focus on his students is always 100%. I have enjoyed several years of Guy's input and highly recommend him: his programmes and input have got me to the fittest and strongest I've ever been (given my age of 54!) - I lost body fat, gained lean muscle, and despite an incredible stressful few years my skin tone and muscularity have stayed intact! Guy has been a superb coach to me for a good number of months now. As well as the quality of the coaching he has made remote support a great option - this was always my preference.
