Lovely place to train with very friendly likeminded people after the same goals. I was a complete novice so didn’t know what to expect at first and was quite nervous taking the first step as I’d never been in a Gym environment before. But in 7 months my life has changed for the better, I’ve changed jobs and I’m seeing real results in the Gym. Guy is an incredible coach, whose knowledge of personal training is embedded in a wider understanding of lifestyle, diet, stress, work and personal stress factors (he draws a lot on research from top sports trainers, sports psychology, and integrative medicine). His approach, which is also a very caring one, is bespoke and his focus on his students is always 100%. I have enjoyed several years of Guy's input and highly recommend him: his programmes and input have got me to the fittest and strongest I've ever been (given my age of 54!) - I lost body fat, gained lean muscle, and despite an incredible stressful few years my skin tone and muscularity have stayed intact!
